Why a troubleshooting table helps

KYC and withdrawal issues are the most common support tickets. The issues follow patterns: a name mismatch, a blurry photo, a delayed bank credit, a TDS surprise. A table that maps symptom to cause to fix saves time — for you and for the support team. This page is a reference table, not a substitute for the operator's customer care.

The escalation path

Most KYC and withdrawal issues are resolved at the in-app chat or email level. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, escalate to the operator's grievance officer. The grievance officer's email is on the operator's site, in the "Contact" or "Grievance" section. The grievance officer is required to respond within 30 days under Indian regulation.

How to keep the evidence

The evidence to keep is the same for every issue: a screenshot of the error, the submission ID or the withdrawal reference, the date and time of the action, and the response from the support team. Keep the evidence in a single folder — a small notebook, a phone folder, or a cloud drive. The evidence is what makes the difference between a one-day resolution and a one-week resolution.

Editorial reminder

Most KYC and withdrawal issues follow the patterns in the tables above. If your issue is not in the table, the operator's customer care is the next step. Keep the evidence; it is your record.

How long does KYC take?

Usually a few hours. The longest we have seen is 24 hours during high-volume events.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Operator-specific. UPI is usually within a few hours; netbanking can take 24 to 48 hours. The operator's published window is the upper bound.

What is TDS on winnings?

Tax deducted at source, at the rate set by the Income Tax Department. The operator deducts it before crediting the winnings. A TDS certificate is issued for every deduction.
